Antigamente haviam muitos recursos naturais e pouco "valor humano". As pessoas licenciadas ganhavam muito bem e os produtos agrícolas eram baratos.
Então as pessoas mudaram-se para a cidade.
Hoje em dias os recursos naturais são caros (solo, florestas, madeira, cogumelos, etc..) e "valor humano" há muito. Resultado: Ordenados baixos para pessoas licenciadas e produtos naturais caros como a madeira, fruta, etc.
Mas os governos têm a obrigatoriedade de não deixar os preços da comida aumentar (ou as pessoas deixariam o seu emprego e voltariam às terras) nem que para isso a tornem de má qualidade e pouco saudável.
O que ele prevê: Que as pessoas vão tomar consciência disso e inevitavelmente vão voltar a trabalhar a terra.
