Um dia bom - A good day

Acordei perto das 7:30. Um pouco tarde, mas estava à vontade. Tinhas as duas primeiras horas livres. Limpei a sala, preparei o que tinha a preparar e a primeira aula correu bem. Estes miúdos com 10 anos, apesar de serem muitos, têm vontade de aprender.

Enquanto procurava uma pá para varrer, dois professores apressaram-se a apanhar lixo que estava nas proximidades. A minha presença já os intimida. E um outro, está a construir um suporte para os caixotes do lixo para que não seja possível derrubá-los. Nunca pensei: afinal é possível mudar o mundo.

À tarde, a aula com os mais pequenos também correu muito bem. Aprendizagem activa é uma técnica que funciona espantosamente. E quando foi hora de ir apanhar o lixo, a vontade deles fez-me ganhar o dia.

Descobri que afinal a escola tem cones coloridos, algo que andava à procura para comprar e é indispensável para treinar futebol.

A rapaziada, apesar de meio tosca, adoraram o treino e espero-os amanhã ainda com mais vontade. Também vi os professores das outras equipas esforçados em inovar. Voltei ao meu quarto com vontade de ouvir música para desfrutar do meu bem estar. Não é preciso muito para ser feliz.

A possible reuse of the many plastic bottles.

I woke up around 7:30. A little late, but I was comfortable. I was free for the first two hours. I cleaned the classroom, prepared what I had to prepare and the first class went well. These 10-year-old children, though many, are eager to learn.

While I was looking for a shovel, two teachers ran to get the garbage that was nearby. My presence is already intimidating. And another, it's building a stand for the trash bins so it don't fell over. I never thought: after all it is possible to change the world.

In the afternoon, the lesson with the little ones also went very well. Active learning is a technique that works incredibly. And when it came time to get the garbage, their will made my day.

I found that after all the school has colored cones, something I was looking to buy and it is imperative to train football.

The boys, though a little clumsy, loved the training and I expect them tomorrow even more willing. I also saw the teachers of the other teams struggling to innovate. I returned to my room with a desire to listen to music to enjoy my well-being. It does not take much to be happy.
