I'm still receiving many invitations for job interviews. It doesn't mean that they are interested or see anything special in me. This is also the routine function of young recruiters. Maintain a database of possible entries.
I have been ignoring them religiously but I have been thinking that maybe I 'm missing opportunities to reach the hearts of these young people. With a response like this:
Hello,
My name is Carlos, I'm 39 years old and I like to code. I consider myself intelligent, responsible and very creative, but I don't want to have a very high position or a great career. I'm very honest (as you may have noticed) and I like to work in a captivating environment where the team works with passion for a better world and not just for money and for the company's profit and growth. If, as in my past experiences, employees are sad, the only motivation that drives them is the fear of losing their job and they are treated as resources rather than people, don't count on me. If the well-being of employees and the ethical-socio-environmental impact are a priority in relation to the company's profit, I will be delighted to continue the conversations with you.
