Na segunda as aulas voltaram a não correr bem. Neste estado de rancor com a incompetência, não estava a aceitar os maus resultados como um problema meu. A Som fez-me perceber. Eles são o que são e se eu quiser mais deles, tenho de encontrar o caminho. Preparar cada aula é um desafio para ir de encontro ao nível dos alunos, mais um passo. Dar-lhes um desafio alcançável mas que tenham de trabalhar para lá chegar. Se for muito fácil não adianta e se muito difícil também não.
Mudei-me para a casa nova. Outro conforto e uma casa de banho normal com sanita e dois lavatórios (um já perde água, mas pronto). Para quem não sabe andei seis meses a fazer cócó num buraco. Não houve água na primeira noite mas na segunda já houve, e agora já posso ter os meus artigos de higiene na casa de banho, longe dos fedelhos. Fiquei com dois quarto, pois também me deram um colchão maior que ocupa quase um quarto. Os geckos ficaram agora com muito espaço no quarto antigo.
Ao estabelecer-me aqui qualquer coisa parece estar a assentar, depois de algum turbilhão.
Ontem consegui deixar as aulas preparadas bem mais cedo e é importante estar bem disposto e relaxado.
Amanhã haverá nova cerimónia em que os alunos louvam os professores e não haverão aulas.~
On Monday the classes didn't go well again. In this state of rancor with incompetence, I wasn't accepting the bad results as a problem of mine. Som made me realize it. They are what they are and if I want more of them, I have to find the way. To prepare each class is a challenge to meet the level of the students plus one step. To give them an achievable challenge but that they have to work to get there. If it's too easy, has no use, and if it's too hard, either.
I moved into the new house. Another comfort and a normal bathroom with toilet and two sinks (one already loses water, but ok). For those who don't know, I've been pooing in a hole for six months. There was no water on the first night but on the second there was already, and now I can have my toiletries in the bathroom, away from the brats. I stayed with two rooms, as they also gave me a larger mattress that occupies almost one. The geckos were now left with plenty of space in the old room.
In establishing myself here something seems to be settling after some whirlwind.
Yesterday I was able to leave the classes prepared much earlier and it is important to be in good mood and relaxed.
Tomorrow there will be a new ceremony where students praise teachers and there will be no classes.
